Visas: Issuance of Full Validity L Visas to Qualified Applicants

The U.S. government has introduced a new rule allowing L visas to be issued with validity periods based on the visa reciprocity schedule, rather than being limited to the petition validity period, which is determined by the Department of Homeland Security.
