List of Participating Countries and Entities Under the Clean Diamond Trade Act of 2003 Updated

The US Department of State has released an updated list of countries and entities eligible for diamond trade under the Clean Diamond Trade Act of 2003, including Swaziland, and revised the previous list from December 31, 2008, to reflect this change.
