US Designates Abdullah Azzam Brigades as Foreign Terrorist Organization
The US government has designated the Abdullah Azzam Brigades, also known as Ziyad al-Jarrah Battalions or Yusuf al-'Uyayri Battalions, as a Foreign Terrorist Organization under Section 219 of the Immigration and Nationality Act, as amended.
