30-Day Notice of Proposed Information Collection: DS-234, Special Immigrant Visa Biodata Form, OMB Number 1405-0203

The Department of State is requesting OMB approval to extend the use of the Special Immigrant Visa Biodata Form (DS-234) for Iraqi and Afghan applicants, which is expected to collect 12,000 responses annually, each taking approximately 20 minutes to complete.
