U.S. Department of State Seeks OMB Approval for Information Collection on Commodity Jurisdiction Determination

The Department of State is requesting 60-day public comment for a proposed information collection, Form DS-4076, which involves requesting a Commodity Jurisdiction (CJ) Determination from the Office of Management and Budget (OMB). The proposed collection is an extension of an existing approved collection and is expected to require approximately 12,600 hours of respondent time.
