U.S. Treasury Department Grants Delegation to Comptroller for Authorities Under CFO Act

The U.S. Treasury Department has granted a delegation to the Comptroller of certain authorities under the CFO Act, allowing the Comptroller to make decisions on behalf of the Secretary of the Treasury.
