Plains LPG Services Seeks New Presidential Permit for U.S.-Canada Pipeline Facilities

The U.S. Department of State has received an application from Plains LPG Services, L.P. to operate and maintain six pipelines along the U.S.-Canada border, replacing an existing permit held by Dome Petroleum, which previously owned the facilities.
