Internal Revenue Service Publishes 2010 Inflation Adjustment Factor, Nonconventional Source Fuel Credit, and Reference Price

The Internal Revenue Service has published the required inflation adjustment factor, nonconventional source fuel credit, and reference price for calendar year 2010, as mandated by section 45K of the Internal Revenue Code. These values will help determine the allowable credit under section 45K for coke or coke gas produced from non-petroleum sources in 2010.
