The U.S. Department of the Treasury Requests Comments on Proposed Collection for S Corporation Tax Treatment

The U.S. Department of the Treasury is seeking public input on proposed regulations regarding the tax treatment of S corporations and their shareholders, as part of its effort to reduce paperwork and burden on respondents, in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
