The U.S. Department of the Treasury Requests Comments on Proposed Collection of Information for Form 1028

The U.S. Department of the Treasury is seeking public comments on Form 1028, Application for Recognition of Exemption Under Section 521 of the Internal Revenue Code, as part of its efforts to reduce paperwork and respondent burden, in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
