Unblocking of Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons Pursuant to the Foreign Narcotics Kingpin Designation Act

The US Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) has unblocked the assets of one individual, as required by the Foreign Narcotics Kingpin Designation Act (Kingpin Act), a law that targets notorious narcotics traffickers.
