The U.S. Department of the Treasury is seeking public input on proposed information collection requirements related to the Mark to Market Election for Commodities Dealers and Securities and Commodities Traders, as part of its efforts to reduce paperwork and respondent burden, in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
