The Department of the Treasury Invites Public Comment on Proposed IRS Information Collection

The Department of the Treasury is seeking public input on proposed information collections, including limitations on corporate net operating loss carryforwards, as part of its effort to reduce paperwork burden and comply with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
