Department of the Treasury Amends Acquisition Regulation

The Department of the Treasury is issuing a final rule to update and revise the Department of the Treasury Acquisition Regulation (DTAR), incorporating Treasury-specific policy and minor editorial changes, based on the provisions of the December 17, 2010, proposed rule.
