OFAC Publishes List of Unblocked Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons

The US Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) has released the names of 18 individuals and 2 entities whose assets have been unfrozen due to Executive Order 12978, issued on October 21, 1995, which targets significant narcotics traffickers.
