Proposed Collection; Income, Excise, and Estate and Gift Taxes Effective Dates, etc.

The US Department of the Treasury is seeking public comments on proposed and ongoing paperwork collections related to income, excise, and estate and gift taxes, as part of its efforts to reduce respondent burden. The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) is specifically seeking input on effective dates and employee benefit provisions under the 1984 tax reform act.
