IRS Publishes 2010 Form M-1 with Electronic Filing Option

The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) has released the 2010 Form M-1, an annual report for multiple employer welfare arrangements and certain entities claiming exception, with the option to file electronically over the internet, building on the changes made to the 2009 version to reflect the new provisions of Part 7 effective in 2010.
