Proposed Extension of Existing Information Collection: Rock Burst Control Plan, Metal and Nonmetal Mines

The Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA) is seeking public comments on extending the information collection for Rock Bursts, as part of its effort to reduce paperwork and respondent burden, in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
