U.S. Department of Commerce Announces Final Results of Antidumping Duty Review on Certain Uncoated Paper From Portugal
The U.S. Department of Commerce has found that The Navigator Company, S.A, the sole producer/exporter under review, sold uncoated paper at a price below its normal value during the review period, March 1, 2024, through February 28, 2025.
