Avaya Global Services has amended its certification regarding eligibility for worker adjustment assistance, affecting workers at virtual offices in multiple states, including Arizona, California, Florida, Georgia, Maine, New Hampshire, New York, North Carolina, Texas, and Wisconsin, who report their unemployment insurance wages through Diamondware, Ltd and Nortel Networks, Inc.
