Department of Labor Submits Information Collection Request for Funeral Expense Certification to OMB for Review and Approval

The Department of Labor is requesting OMB approval to continue using the 'Certification of Funeral Expenses' information collection request, which is sponsored by the Office of Workers' Compensation Programs, for review under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
