Reducing Regulatory Burden; Retrospective Review Under E.O. 13563

The Department of Labor is seeking public input on how to improve its significant regulations by revising, simplifying, expanding, or eliminating them, in response to the President's Executive Order 13563 aimed at improving regulation and regulatory review processes.
