Pennsylvania Triggers 'Off' Tier Four of Emergency Unemployment Compensation 2008 (EUC08) Program

Pennsylvania has triggered the 'off' tier of Emergency Unemployment Compensation 2008 (EUC08) program due to its seasonally-adjusted unemployment rate falling below the 8.5% threshold, resulting in the end of payable periods for the state in Tier Four of the program on April 2, 2011.
