DOL Submits Information Collection Request to OMB for Review and Approval

The Department of Labor is submitting an information collection request to the Office of Management and Budget for review and approval, related to the Employee Retirement Income Security Act Class Exemption 81-8 for investment of plan assets in certain types of short-term investments, as part of the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
