Department of Labor Submits Information Collection Request to OMB for Review and Approval

The Department of Labor is submitting an information collection request, sponsored by the Employee Benefits Security Administration, to the Office of Management and Budget for review and approval to continue using the Delinquent Filer Voluntary Compliance Program, as mandated by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
