Department of Labor Submits Revised Information Collection Request for OMB Review

The Department of Labor is submitting a revised information collection request, Form CA-12, 'Claim for Continuance of Compensation,' to the Office of Management and Budget for review and approval under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
