MSHA to Hold Public Hearings on Proposed Rules for Underground Coal Mine Examinations and Pattern of Violations

The Mine Safety and Health Administration will conduct four public hearings to address major concerns raised by commenters regarding proposed rules for inspecting work areas in underground coal mines and identifying patterns of violations.
