Department of Labor Submits Revised Mine Safety and Health Administration Information Collection Request for OMB Review

The Department of Labor is requesting public comment on a revised information collection request for Mine Accident, Injury & Illness Report and Quarterly Mine Employment and Coal Production Report, which is sponsored by the Mine Safety and Health Administration and must be approved by the Office of Management and Budget under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
