Proposed Extension of the Approval of Information Collection Requirements

The Department of Labor is seeking public comments on a proposed extension of the Office of Management and Budget's approval of two information collection regulations, which govern employee benefit plans. The proposed extension would apply to the Wage and Hour Division's regulations on 'Bona Fide Thrift or Savings Plans' and 'Bona Fide Profit-Sharing Plans or Trusts'.
