U.S. Department of Commerce Preliminarily Determines Sales of Vietnamese Welded Stainless Steel Pressure Pipe Were Made at Less Than Normal Value

The U.S. Department of Commerce has found that Vietnamese companies sold welded stainless steel pressure pipe at prices lower than their actual production costs during a recent review period, and is now inviting comments on these findings.
