NOAA Announces Public Comment Period and Virtual Public Hearing for Eco Minerals, Inc.'s Deep Seabed Mining Exploration License Application

NOAA has received an application from Eco Minerals, Inc. for a deep seabed mining exploration license, which is compliant with the Deep Seabed Hard Mineral Resources Act. The agency will hold a virtual public hearing and accept written comments on the application.
