ETA Updates WIA Incentive Funding Notice with Eligible States

The Employment and Training Administration (ETA) has updated its notice regarding the Workforce Investment Act of 1998 (WIA) incentive funding for program year 2009, adding the states that passed the Adult Education and Family Literacy Act, after initially omitting this information on May 9, 2011.
