OSHA Proposes Update to Injury and Illness Recording and Reporting Regulation

OSHA is proposing to update its regulation to reflect the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) and more recent injury and illness data, requiring employers to report certain work-related incidents within a shorter timeframe.
