Notice of Random Assignment Study To Evaluate Workforce Investment Act Adult and Dislocated Worker Programs; Request for Comment

The U.S. Department of Labor is seeking public comments on a plan to conduct a random assignment study to evaluate the effectiveness of adult and dislocated worker programs under the Workforce Investment Act.
