Department of Labor Submits Information Collection Request for Rehabilitation Action Report to OMB for Review and Approval

The Department of Labor is submitting an information collection request, sponsored by the Office of Workers' Compensation Programs, to the Office of Management and Budget for review and approval to continue using the Rehabilitation Action Report under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
