HHS Corrects Technical Errors in Group Health Plan and Insurance Rules

The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) has corrected technical errors in the June 24, 2011, amendment to the interim final rules regarding group health plans and health insurance issuers' internal claims and appeals and external review processes.
