U.S. Department of Labor Publishes Special Procedures for Labor Certification Process of Itinerant Commercial Beekeepers in H-2A Program

The U.S. Department of Labor has published a new letter, TEGL 33-10, outlining special procedures for labor certification of itinerant commercial beekeeping employers participating in the H-2A program, signed by Jane Oates, Assistant Secretary for Employment and Training Administration, on June 14, 2011.
