US Department of Labor Publishes New Guidance for H-2A Program: Labor Certification Process for Multi-State Custom Combine Owners/Operators

The US Department of Labor's Employment and Training Administration has published a new letter, TEGL 16-06, Change 1, outlining special procedures for labor certification under the H-2A program for multi-state custom combine owners/operators, signed by Jane Oates, Assistant Secretary for Employment and Training Administration, on June 14, 2011.
