US Department of Labor Publishes New Guidelines for H-2A Program in Itinerant Animal Shearing Industry
The Employment and Training Administration of the US Department of Labor has released new guidelines for the labor certification process for employers in the itinerant animal shearing industry under the H-2A program, following a change to the original guidelines issued in 2011.
