US Department of Labor Publishes New Labor Certification Process for H-2A Program

The US Department of Labor's Employment and Training Administration has published a new letter, TEGL 15-06, Change 1, outlining special procedures for labor certification in occupations related to open range livestock production under the H-2A program, signed by Jane Oates, Assistant Secretary for Employment and Training Administration, on June 14, 2011.
