The U.S. Department of Labor's Employment and Training Administration is publishing a special notice regarding the labor certification process for employers engaged in sheepherding and goatherding occupations under the H-2A program, following a June 14, 2011, letter signed by Jane Oates, Assistant Secretary for Employment and Training Administration.
