US Department of Labor Postpones Effective Date of Wage Methodology for H-2B Program

The US Department of Labor is delaying the implementation of a new wage methodology for the H-2B temporary non-agricultural employment program due to pending legal challenges, pushing the effective date from January 1, 2012 to November 30, 2011.
