Hawaii State Plan; Change in Level of Federal Enforcement: Military Installations

The state of Hawaii has requested OSHA to relinquish jurisdiction over private sector employers and employees at all military installations in Hawaii, and OSHA has approved this change, excluding coverage of private sector employers and employees at these installations.
