Department of Labor Submits Information Collection Request for Payment of Compensation Without Award

The Department of Labor is submitting a revised information collection request, Form LS-206, for review and approval by the Office of Management and Budget, as part of the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, to support the payment of compensation without an award.
