US Department of Labor Delays Effective Date of Wage Methodology for H-2B Program

The US Department of Labor has delayed the effective date of the Wage Methodology for Temporary Non-agricultural Employment H-2B Program Final Rule, originally set for January 19, 2011, to January 1, 2012, to provide guidance to employers on wage payment requirements for the H-2B program.
