US Department of Labor Delays Effective Date of Wage Methodology for H-2B Program

The US Department of Labor is delaying the effective date of the Wage Methodology for the Temporary Non-Agricultural Employment H-2B Program to January 1, 2012, due to recently enacted legislation that prohibits funds from being used to implement or enforce the rule before that date.
