Filings Required of Multiple Employer Welfare Arrangements and Certain Other Related Entities

The Department of Labor proposes a rule to implement reporting requirements for multiple employer welfare arrangements (MEWAs) and certain other entities offering health benefits to employees of two or more employers, as part of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA).
