U.S. Department of Labor Announces 2012 Adverse Effect Wage Rates for H-2A Workers in Agriculture

The U.S. Department of Labor is issuing a notice to announce the 2012 Adverse Effect Wage Rates, which are the minimum wage rates employers must offer and pay to H-2A workers and similarly employed U.S. workers in agriculture, to prevent adverse effects on domestic wages.
