New York Declares Disaster Due to Heavy Rain and Flooding, Opens Disaster Relief Programs

The State of New York has issued an Administrative declaration of a disaster, effective October 10, 2012, in response to heavy rain and flooding that occurred from September 18, 2012, and opened physical and economic injury loan programs with application deadlines of December 10, 2012, and July 10, 2013, respectively.
