FEMA Amends Disaster Declaration for New York Following Hurricane Sandy

The U.S. government has amended a Presidential declaration of a major disaster for Public Assistance Only in New York, primarily due to Hurricane Sandy, to extend the deadline for physical loan applications until January 2, 2013, and economic injury loan applications until August 5, 2013.
